This project proposes an alteration to long-lasting (initially thought to be) temporary dwelling to turn it from a two room house to a one room studio. Some of the most striking qualities of this lean-to are its semi circular truss's and pioneer red corrugate cladding - even if it is somewhat faded over due to 30 years of ozone deficient sunlight.

All existing cladding is to be recorded and reused, along with the rich - if not affordable - marine grade plywood linings. All windows are to be removed and filled in with solid doors, accentuating the vault. Only two large windows above eye level each end provide daylight.
